Founcer & CEO

Raquel Perez

Born in Havana ,Cuba and moved to America with her family looking for a better future at the age of 9. Her parents got divorced by the time she was 11 and she started working with her mom. This taught Raquel to be responsible and hard working at an early age. With 6 years of sales experience at age 24 she decided to get into the Real Estate business. Went to school to get licensed and started working as a Realtor in Miami Beach. Raquel worked at Real Estate firm for over a year. After seeing that no matter how hard she worked, she wasn’t going to be able to grow in the company, Raquel decided to change her career and work towards her dreams, not someone else’s. The Direct Sales & Business Consulting Industry aligned more towards her goals, so she made a career change that gave the opportunity to relocate to the Washington, DC area where she opened up Legacy.

Sarah Gaber

Sarah Gaber was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. Moved to Washington DC for her undergraduate degree in Business Management, with concentrations in Marketing and Logistics and International Trade. Realized she was graduating in a challenging time due to the pandemic, so she wanted to work in a company that would help her grow and achieve her professional and personal goals. That’s when she joined Legacy Partners and not only found an amazing company culture, but also a great growth opportunity.

Cameron Rose

Marketing Associate

Camron was born in Georgia and only lived there for 6 months due to his father being in the military. He has lived in Georgia, Idaho, Texas, Colorado and finally in Virginia. He attends Northern Community College and will transfer to George Mason for a Major in Computer Science next year. He has played varsity baseball and track & field in high school and plays with local teams in the NOVA area. He joined Legacy Partners because he was looking for a full-time position in Marketing and eventually wants to own his own business. He thoroughly enjoys working at Legacy Partners because of the growth in the company, many new people befriended and overall a one of a kind environment to be in.

Melanie Perdomo

Marketing Associate

Melanie is a Northern Virginia Native, planning to graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing and Finance. She aspires to develop various entrepreneurships involved with Real Estate, Marketing, and Technology. Melanie joined Legacy Partners in search of Marketing experience, and personal growth. She loves, not only that she found that plus more— but also the opportunity to impact numerous lives through the work done at Legacy. As a proud daughter of immigrants, she values the education of skills and possibilities offered by the company, that no one in her environment could have ever conceived attainable through anything other than the normalized “American Dream”plan.

Ainsley Garces

Marketing Associate

Born and raised in Virginia, Ainsley currently attends Northern Virginia Community College studying Business Administration. She joined Legacy in order to learn the skills it takes to become a business profesional and gain marketing skills. She stayed with legacy not only because of the great growth opportunity, but because of the positive, family-oriented company culture.

James Diaz

Marketing Associate

James was born and raised in Springfield, Virginia. He attended Randolph College and graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. He has worked with many nonprofits and plans on going back to school to acquire his Masters Of Social Work (M.S.W) He joined Legacy Partners because he was looking for a summer job in marketing/ nonprofits where he could hone skills as a business professional, work with many different backgrounds, and gain that much needed experience. Stayed at Legacy Partners because of the family-oriented company culture and the ongoing process of enhancing his knowledge as a marketing professional for nonprofits!

Eugene Duddley

Marketing Associate

Eugene was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. He is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College studying Communications. He’s always strived to become entrepreneurial. He joined Legacy Partners because it was a chance to gain marketing skill and grow fast in the business. He stayed with Legacy Partners because of the positive, family- oriented company culture and the constant accrual of business knowledge and connections.

Isra Khan

Marketing Associate

Isra was born in South Africa Pretoria but grew up in a lot of different countries because of her dad’s occupation. She's currently doing her general studies at Nova Community College. Started in Legacy because she was looking for a new challenge that was way out of her comfort zone. Also, wanted to try out a new line of work that provides an opportunity for growth and that’s exactly what she found at legacy. What Isra like's about legacy is the positive family like environment that we have and also the opportunity it provides. It allows her to have a business mindset and pushes her harder to know her goals and what she has to do to achieve them.

Ibrahim Tanis

Marketing Associate

Born in Austin, Texas, Ibrahim moved to London, UK, where he lived for around 6 years. He then moved back to Texas, where he completed high school in Houston. He attended University at UT Austin and is now pursuing his master’s degree at GWU. He has always been intrigued by marketing and advertising, perhaps a subconscious side-effect of watching Mad Men. He joined Legacy Partners because it provides
a unique opportunity to keep growing and developing new skills at a fast pace. He stayed with Legacybecause of the because of the positive, family-oriented company culture.

Kevin Latapy

Marketing Associate

Born and raised in Virginia, Kevin is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College studying cyber security and plans on transferring to George Mason University to earn his degree. He has played varsity soccer for Oakton High School and has coached the fpyc teams. He joined Legacy Partners to gain new skills and take on challenges while learning new things. Stayed at Legacy Partners not only for the family-oriented company culture but also for the fast growing opportunities. Helping him enhance his skills and knowledge as a business professional.

Miguel Flores

Marketing Associate

Miguel was born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland. He attended Howard University and plans on graduating with a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration in the spring of 2023. He has been blessed enough to also play Division 1 soccer for Howard University and many high-level teams throughout his career. He joined Legacy Partners because he was looking for a summer internship in marketing where he could hone skills as a business professional, work with many different backgrounds, and gain that much needed experience. Stayed at Legacy Partners because of the family-oriented company culture and the ongoing process of enhancing his knowledge as a marketing professional.
